![]() ![]() I could not login to my tmobile account on my laptop to file a claim because they require you to verify your identity via phone. Recently I lost my phone, which is obviously my fault. I can no longer use them and will move to another carrier. This is another level of incompetence never seen before. I began using Sprint soon after they entered the cellular market and have been a person who stayed even when service became bad for a while in the 90's. Each attempt has been a reiteration of the exact same questions without them looking at what has been done before. ![]() This problem has been going on for over 2 months now with no resolution. Nobody has been able to solve the problem. I have been told that someone would call me back from the technical department. I have spoken to approximately 10 different people. Now that they have switched to T-Mobile, the customer service is the worst that I have EVER seen from ANY company!!! I have been incredibly tolerant of issues, having spent over 5 hours on the phone with numerous calls to solve an issue with voicemail not working. I used them for my business phones and for my private phones. ![]() I have been a customer of Sprint for over 20 years. ![]()
